understanding which is wholesome, educational and fun.
Please read thoroughly. Print and complete the application sections which correspond to your age group. Then, mail the form to us with the fee. Information submitted to World Pen Pals is held in total confidence and is never distributed to any other source, at any time, for any reason, in full or in part. Questions may be sent to Robert Carroll, Director, by mail, fax or phone. Parental consent for a pen pal is required for youth under age 13. The fee for a pen friend is THREE DOLLARS (US), service is almost always "same day" and we guarantee a reply in English. You will receive the name and address of your new friend, simple mailing directions and a separate sheet of helpful hints for writing abroad. World Pen Pals offers pen friends by continent/sex only because it is impossible to maintain current names of both sexes from every country in all age ranges. This exchange is intended for the mature student who intends to write a friendly letter in good English. Your new friend is expecting a letter from you and has promised to reply. Your pen friend will be close in age to you. All correspondence is in English unless you want to use your pen friend's language.
